We want every homeowner who contacts Anthonyspent Mold Help to have a fair and honest experience. If something went wrong, please let us know. This page explains how to raise a complaint and what happens next. It is a general template and is not legal advice.

Complaints About a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They are responsible for their own estimates, pricing, test results, work and customer service. If you have a problem with work done in your home, the first step is usually to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.

We still want to know. Feedback about providers helps us keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short of our expectations may be removed. Please note that Anthonyspent Mold Help cannot settle contract disputes, issue refunds for a provider's work or make decisions on a provider's behalf.

How to Make a Complaint

Email us at contact@anthonyspent.garden and include:

• Your name and how to reach you
• The date you contacted us or the provider
• The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
• The provider's name, if known
• A clear description of what happened and what you would like us to do

What Happens Next

We will acknowledge your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We will look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider, and then reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

If You Are Not Satisfied

If you are unhappy with our response, reply and ask us to look again. You can also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. If your state licenses mold assessors or remediators, the licensing agency may also be able to help.
