Anthonyspent Mold Help connects homeowners in Aurora and across the Aurora area with independent mold inspection, testing and remediation providers. If you run a mold business and want to receive more homeowner calls, we'd like to hear from you.

This is not a job listing. We do not hire inspectors or technicians, and we have no open staff positions. We work with established, independent contractors who already serve the area and have room for more work.

Who We Are Looking For

We work with providers who treat homeowners fairly and do careful, honest work. To join, you should be able to show:

• An established mold inspection or remediation business serving part of the Aurora area
• Any mold assessment or remediation licenses required in Illinois
• Current general liability insurance, and pollution coverage where applicable
• Crews trained to IICRC standards, or working toward certification
• Containment supplies, HEPA air scrubbers and moisture-testing tools
• A commitment to written estimates before work starts
• Clear, respectful communication with every homeowner

What We Expect

Homeowners who call about mold are often worried and unsure what they need. We ask every provider in our network to answer calls promptly, explain findings in plain language, avoid health claims and never pressure anyone into a job. Pricing, scheduling and the work itself are always your responsibility as an independent business.

We take homeowner feedback seriously. Providers who do not meet these standards may be removed from the network.

• Your business name and the areas you serve
• Your license and insurance information
• The services you offer, such as inspection, testing or remediation
• How to reach you during business hours

We review every application and will reply by email to discuss next steps, including how calls are routed and any commercial terms.
